FAM

    

Flexible Absorbent Material (FAM) is a thin and flexible EMI / RFI / Microwave absorber material, include soft rubber type and flexible sintered ferrite sheet with higher permeability. It can be cut any shape easily, freely arranged in space and provide effective EMI suppression in a wide frequency range (1MHz to 18GHz). Also can be an anti-metal solution for RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system on metal. It is suitable for LF(125 / 134.2KHz) and HF(13.56MHz) bands on metal environment. It also works well in NFC (Near Field Communication)  technology application and Wireless Charger (WPC / Qi).

FAM-N

   

Narrowband Flexible Absorbent Material (FAM-N) is a thin, flexible and single frequency tuned EMI / RFI / Microwave absorber material. It can be cut any shape easily, freely arranged in space and provide effective EMI suppression for specific narrow frequency band from 1GHz to 18GHz. It is suitable to obtain a narrowband reflection loss when perpendicular incident energy on metal background.   

  

FAM-B

    

Broadband Flexible Absorbent Material (FAM-B) is a thin, flexible and broadband EMI / RFI / Microwave absorber material. It can be cut any shape easily, freely arranged in space and provide effective EMI suppression in a wide frequency range from 5GHz to 40GHz. It is suitable to obtain a broadband reflection loss when perpendicular incident energy on metal background.

  

EMI / RFI Absorbers, High Frequency Absorbent and Thermal Conduction Composite (FAM-5GS6)

FAM-5GS6

 

High Frequency Absorbent and Thermal Conduction Composite (FAM-5GS6) can be an electromagnetic waves absorber and a thermal conduction material at the same time. Due to its high frequency absorbing characteristics, it is suitable for the medium and low bands (FR1) below 6 GHz (Sub6G) in 5G NR (New Radio) technology. FAM-5GS6 can not only reduce the Cavity Resonance Effects caused by high frequency, but also reduce the PCB Edge Radiation, PCB Trace Radiation and Heatsink Radiation. FAM-5GS6 also could be a thermal conductive material because it's high thermal conductivity, softness, compressibility, and self-adhesiveness. It can be closely attached on various surfaces to fill the irregular space between the heat source and the thermal module, so that the high temperature can be effectively transferred from the heat source to the thermal module, thereby achieving the cooling effect.

CTA

  

Cement Type Absorber (CTA) is a cement material with high percentage absorbing material. CTA can reduce the electromagnetic waves entering the room through the outer wall of the building. If the electromagnetic wave is from outdoor but not completely absorbed, or generated by indoor electrical equipment, the electromagnetic waves can be reduced again and again when electromagnetic waves reflected to the CTA surface and to avoid secondary electromagnetic radiation pollution caused by continuous reflection of electromagnetic waves.

 

CTA has the advantages of high strength, good weather resistance, long service life, non-flammability, etc. CTA is suitable for buildings, and can decide whether to construction on single or multi-wall and the thickness of each wall, especially suitable for uneven curved walls. The use method as general cement, just add water and stir evenly before construction. It can be applied quickly and efficiently in large areas without to assemble piece by piece. And can be applied together in the wall grouting period, precast concrete, cement spraying, or directly applied to the wall. But please notice, do not use metal-containing paint on CTA surface or it will not work.

  

EMI / RFI Absorbers, VHF Ferrite Absorber Tile

FAT-100

    

VHF Ferrite Absorber Tile (FAT-100) is a sintered ferrite with square tile shape. The dimension is 100 x 100mm and thickness are 5.5 / 6.3 / 6.7 mm with a 10mm hole, can be screwed on the wall easily. The common application is for EMC Anechoic Chambers to provide excellent electromagnetic absorption performance in the VHF band. It’s also suitable for high building to prevent TV ghost.

     

EMI / RFI Absorbers, UHF Ferrite Absorber Tile

FAT-900

      

UHF Ferrite Absorber Tile (FAT-900) is a sintered ferrite with square tile shape. The dimension is 100x100mm and thickness is 4.2mm with a 10mm hole, can be screwed on the wall easily. Due to excellent electromagnetic absorption performance in the UHF band, it works well in Dark Box for mobile phone inspection, prevent TV ghost in high building, prevent radio communication disturbance like mobile phone and avoid UHF RFID readers interfere each other when placed between readers.

             

FAT-DL

    

Double Layer Ferrite Absorber Tile (FAT-DL) is a special design for small EMC Anechoic Chamber to get excellent electromagnetic absorption performance in 30MHz - 2GHz. It consists of a 21mm gap between two pieces 100 x 100 x 3mm sintered ferrite tile, can be glued on the wall easily. Due to this special double layer design, it provides more wide frequency range than one-piece ferrite tile design, even in a small size anechoic chamber.

          

EMI / RFI Absorbers, Wide Band Pyramidal Absorber

WPA

     

Wide Band Pyramidal Absorber (WPA) is a 80mm high absorber with 100 x 100 mm size. It has a good absorption performance in wide band between 30MHz and 18GHz when combine with 6.3mm Ferrite Tile. Due to this special characteristic, it’s suitable to build a small anechoic chamber to get a bigger space than build with Foam Pyramidal Absorber. Also, it can increase the frequency from 1GHz to 18GHz at a standard Ferrite Tile only anechoic chamber.

              

EMI / RFI Absorbers, Plastic Grid Absorber

PGA

    

Plastic Grid Absorber (PGA) is a 100 x 100 x 20mm plastic panel with 23 pieces cone hole, injection molding from the Absorber Plastic Grain (APG). The application is to build a Dark Box for mobile phone inspection with the excellent electromagnetic absorption performance in the UHF band. It’s also suitable for high building to prevent TV ghost and prevent radio communication disturbance like mobile phone.

Absorber Plastic Grain (APG) is a special plastic grain, include absorbent material with high percentage. It’s suitable for injection molding to produce complex shape to get a good  performance to solve the EMI problem in wide band till 18GHz. BPA

    

Broadband Pyramidal Absorber (BPA) is a low density polyurethane foam, filled with high loss dielectric material in open cell structure and finished with light blue paint. The dimension is 60cm x 60cm with 5" to 36" height pyramidal. It's flexible and light weight, can be attached on the wall easily. It is a high performance broadband RF absorber and widely used for Anechoic Chambers.
